We have an opportunity for a passionate Senior Manager Services Delivery to join our EMEA Services Delivery Management function responsible for delivering professional and managed services, innovation, consulting to our clients across the full range of technology and software offerings, delivering a scaled, consistent client experience and methodology through four centres of excellence: Service Design & Delivery, Engineering, Customer Operations, License Consulting Services.

The Role:

  • The Senior Manager Services Delivery is responsible for supporting the senior leadership team with business planning activities, providing practical and creative direction in the development of new business initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for all of Insight’s Services business in the assigned geography, are accountable for the management of business delivered through Insight’s centre of excellence (CoE) resources, in conjunction with our partners, and for ensuring anticipated client outcomes, and adherence to agreed quality standards.
  • You will lead, coach, and drive the team in building and maintaining a clear vision, driving total client satisfaction, whilst ensuring specific revenue and gross profit goals are achieved.
  • You will successfully penetrate the regional market, profitably growing new business based on Insight’s services capability and offerings, complemented by our market leading partner eco‐system.
  • In addition, you will be accountable for ensuring the business meets agreed revenue and costs targets, post-sale, for services, consulting, and professional services.


  • Experience of leading a delivery-led sales org. encompassing business planning, setting targets and direction for new initiatives
  • Experience leading a managed or professional services business and/or large-scale complex projects in an international environment.
  • Experience of managing and developing an effective professional team within a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • Evidence of successful track record in a matrixed organisation 
  • Experience or knowledge of Service Delivery Management, Knowledge of Business Processes (sales, billing etc.) an advantage
  • Fluent Local & English language skills


The role can be based in Belgium or within commuting distance in the Netherlands, France or Germany
