About the role

As a Partner Manager and Alliances you will:

• Finetune, evaluation and deployment of machine learning models, for diverse use cases. 
• Design Scalable APIs and Backend services to support NLP based solution. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Data Science, DevOps, Product, and Client Delivery—to ensure seamless deployment
• Optimize model performance and ensure responsible AI practices (security, fairness, compliance)
• Design, develop, and implement scalable NLP and AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into applications.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent work
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong track record of deploying AI based solutions in a production environment. 
• Monitor and improve model performance, reliability, and ethical compliance in production environments.
• Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) along with LLM and Prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
• Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model lifecycle management
