About the role

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Siebel CRM environments. The role focuses on system administration, performance monitoring, upgrades, and close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and scalable CRM operations

As a Siebel Administrator – Architect I, you will get to:

• Administer and support Siebel CRM environments across Development, Test, and Production 
• Perform Siebel installations, configurations, upgrades, and patching activities 
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to Siebel servers, components, and integrations 
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and access controls 
• Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to support deployments, fixes, and environment stability 
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM Administration 

• Strong expertise in Siebel architecture, server components, and system configuration 

• Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, SRF generation and deployment, and EAI integrations 

• Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server databases and Windows operating environments 

• Proven experience in Siebel performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting 

• Good understanding of Siebel upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
