As an Architect II- D365, you will get to:
 

• Architect II are sales focused technology specialists, who partner with our Sales team and Practice Leads to help identify and win new business opportunities.
• Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition
• Act as leader for the differentiation of Insight’s technical capability.
• Develop solution knowledge and share this IP both locally and Asia Pacific wide.
• Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice’s financial target.

• Leading presales and bids for our D365 & PP practice
• Ensuring coverage for all practice offerings
• Partnering with our Sales team to perform "targeted" prospecting & build pipeline
• Provide thought leadership and domain expertise

We’re looking for an Architect with:

• Significant expertise designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Business Applications services (e.g. D365, Dataverse & Power Platform)
• Very highly regarded - experience designing and delivering solutions based on D365 Customer Service, including DCCP (Voice), Customer Insights and Sales.
• Very highly regarded experience designing and delivering solutions based on Power Platform, including Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Azure Integration Experience with Logic Apps and Azure Functions well-regarded but not essential.
• Strong Pre-Sales experience in a Consulting environment ( Nice to have not required )
• Proven experience of supporting sales pursuits resulting in the acquisition of new business.
• Very strong written communication, including production of high-quality technical artefacts and presales contributions (proposals, RFP/RFQ responses and presentations) ( Nice to have not required )
• Power Automate Desktop experience well-regarded but not essential.
• Recent Microsoft Certifications and Exams across D365 and Power Platform essential
• Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment.
• Ability to map client’s business needs to Insight’s technology solution offerings.
• Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision.
• Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement.
• Proven ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperatives.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
