About the team

Our team is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 solutions. We work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Our goal is to help clients maximize the value of their investment in Microsoft 365 by providing innovative solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and security. Our team conducts assessments of client environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, develops and delivers training programs and materials to clients to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions, and collaborates with other consultants and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

•  4+  years of experience in M365 projects
• You are highly proactive and committed.
• You’ve worked with one or several technologies from the M365 stack such as Exchange, Teams, EMS+Security, O365, Windows 10, Identity,
• Contribute to running our Modern Workplace practice and develop our Office 365 capability.
• Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including but not limited to Office 365 Migrations and transformations, application migration/modernization, security & identity assessments and networking assessments and design.
• Document relevant technical information including site schematics, system problems, problem resolution and knowledge base content.
• Provide technical training to customers - systems administration and end user.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility.

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech
• Certifications - MS-100 , DP-900, SC-900, ITIL

Requirement:

1. Office 365 deployment and Migration for medium-sized clients.
2. Should be able to advise and consult on large M365 data migration.
3. Must have knowledge of Hybrid prerequisites and setup.
4. Should have knowledge on Third party migration tools.
5. Solutions Architecture & Design (good to have)
6. Office 365 migrations
7. Exchange Online
8. SharePoint migrations from on-premises to office365
9. Skype for Business (S4B)
10. Microsoft Teams
11. Intune MDM
12. Integration of SCCM and Intune
13. Azure AD
