About the team

The IMCS cloud security team operates within Managed Cloud Services and overseas managed cloud security services. The Team operates 24/7 to provide support to customers in different time zones around the world. The Team is responsible for ensuring the security of cloud infrastructure and services provided to customers. The team is committed to continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and updating security policies and implementing best security practices to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities –

• Support Cloud Operation as Cloud Engineer III

• Drive continuous improvement of our managed security services through custom development, automation and integration.
• Responsible/SME for designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure Firewall, AWS and Barracuda Firewall.
• This role will require close collaboration with the customer's key stakeholders, including incident response, disaster recovery, and information security teams.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructure on Azure for our deployed environments.
• As an SME, act as an L3 escalation and point of contact for security and other team.
• Design and implement secure network architectures on Azure, including virtual networks, subnets, routing, and network security groups.
• Configure network connectivity, manage network traffic in Azure and AWS.
• Lead troubleshooting of cloud security issues, detect and confirm anomalies, identify risks, and perform root cause analysis.  
• Reviews on the Azure \ AWS architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME.  
• Help to drive architectural improvements and standardization for the Cloud environments.  
• Work as a Hands-On engineer to automate day-to-day azure tasks using ARM or Terraform 
• Implement network security controls on Azure, including firewall rules, network security groups, and Azure DDoS Protection.
• Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats in the Azure environment and remediate.
• Develop security policies and procedures for clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot network issues on Azure, including diagnosing connectivity issues, identifying root causes, and implementing remediation plans.
• Work as a Hands - On Senior SME for Azure and AWS native security tool’s Implementation and Troubleshooting 
• Experience working in either large, enterprise environments or managed security services environments with a focus on cloud security.

Qualification:

•  5-7 Years of Hands-On Experience in implementing Azure and AWS Network and Security components.
• 3-5 years of Experience in working with large Azure \ AWS deployment 
• AZ 500 certification \ AWS Security certification
• AZ 700 Certification 
• Linux OS knowledge will be an added advantage.
