Cloud Solution Specialist (Power Platform)

Power Automation, Sharepoint & Backend -Cloud Solution Specialist (7-12 years of experience) 

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Apps and Backend development Solution Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Power Apps solutions & Sharepoint pages and backend development experience to meet business requirements. The candidate should be proficient in creating Power Automate workflows, canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Sharepoint pages development. Good hands-on experience into backend development  

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps Automation solutions to automate business processes and enhance productivity. 

• Customize and extend Power Apps functionalities using Power Platform components. 

• Design SharePoint Online site structures, hub sites, and content organization aligned with business needs. 

• Experience designing .Net Core/.Net Framework based Web Application preferably for Azure cloud platform. 

• Experience designing backend solutions for Azure infrastructure 

• Architect and develop custom solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Graph API. 

• Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Teams). 

• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

• Develop data models, entities, forms, views, and dashboards within Power Apps. 

• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party systems. 

• Create and configure Power Automate workflows to automate tasks and streamline processes. 

• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Apps solutions to ensure optimal performance. 

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users. 

Technical Skills: 

• Design scalable and maintainable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that adhere to best practices, license requirements, permission management, security standards, and compliance requirements. 

• Extensive development experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps, Power Pages), Power Automate, Dataverse tables, security roles and groups. 

• Extensive experience in migrating existing applications data to SharePoint and Dataverse. 

• Good knowledge about the Power Platform environment and solutions (including solution deployment & CI-CD). 

• Good Experience with writing and troubleshooting Microsoft PowerShell scripts. 

• Experience in integration with 3rd party systems e.g. SAP, SQL Server, AS400, etc. 

• Proficient working in Agile Methodology 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Office 365 applications. 

• Good to have knowledge of Power Platform CoE. 

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer Associate) are a plus.
