Responsibilities

Be eager to learn and stay up to date on new and emerging cloud technologies.
Work as part of Insight and client teams, following Agile/Scrum approaches and ceremonies.
Communicate effectively and professionally with teammates, client personnel, and client stakeholders.
Knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, and highly innovative.
As a DevOps Architect
Identifying gaps in the current DevOps system and creating a remediation roadmap.
Designing efficient practices.
Delivering comprehensive best practices.
Responsible for crafting the DevOps strategy and recommending toolsets.
Defining infrastructure as code (IaC), and setting the stage for an automated, efficient pipeline that accelerates innovation while maintaining high-quality standards.
As a SecOps Architect
Explore and make recommendations on security products.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix the issues for application teams w.r.t Security product integrations.
Work closely with Development teams to identify and address security-related matters.
Update/implement policies, governance, and standards.
Follow Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) standards and practices.
Recommend Leverage LLM/AI/NLP For Threat Analysis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Certifications in relevant technologies, cloud providers, or demonstration of ongoing learning
7+ years of experience in consulting services or similar roles focused on project-based work, and/or solution development.
3+ years of leading teammates or being part of large teams on projects.

Technical skills

Must-Have:

Experience with DevOps, Security tools, Code scanning and vulnerability remediation.

Experience in ideating, designing, and implementing DevOps solutions
Extensive experience in assessing and designing code branching, merging, and tagging strategies on Azure DevOps, GitHub and Git
End-to-end experience in integrating DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube, Nexus, Fortify and other similar tools in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines.
Experience of deploying APIs and microservices into Docker or Kubernetes clusters using DevSecOps Pipelines.
Extensive experience in assessing DevSecOps maturity state for application portfolio with ability to define maturity improvement roadmap.
Extensive experience in defining and implementing DevSecOps strategy for customers.
Preferred experience in DORA framework-based assessments.

Good-To-Have:

Experience with Kubernetes, and Linux/Windows Server Operating Systems.
Experience of Terraform and Ansible for infra build and configuration.
Experience of Ansible and Helm for building platform as code
Experience of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience in recommending best practices on DevSecOps and Configuration Management
Has played account opening role and can lead large team.
Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in participating stakeholder discussions.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead DevOps initiatives.
Skilled in recommending monitoring and logging solutions.
