About the role

As a Domain Architect, you will be responsible for deploying and managing the organization’s hybrid cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure Local. We will count on you to have a deep technical knowledge of Azure Local, hyper-converged infrastructure, and related Microsoft technologies. Along the way, you will get to:

• Conduct migration and testing of workloads from legacy hyper-converged infrastructures to Azure Local
• Design and architect physical server hardware solutions based on business requirements and technical specification
• Develop and design SDDC solutions, integrating vSAN for storage virtualization and NSX-T for network virtualization
• Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter server

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ305) or Azure Local certifications are highly desirable. AZ 700/ AZ 500 is recommended. VMware/Nutanix/Ansible/VEEAM or any other certifications is a plus
• At least 12+ years of experience on virtualization platforms, with a focus on Azure Local and vSphere/Nutanix or similar technologies. Knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Storage Spaces Direct.
• Experience with Azure Local architecture and design tools and technologies.
• Experience with Azure Local troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Experience with vSphere/Nutanix Deployment and Lifecycle Management.
• Hands on experience with vSAN and NSX-T.
• Hands on experience in setting up VEEAM Backup.
