About the role

As a Cloud Engineer II, you will provide escalated support for complex Microsoft 365-related issues reported by Level 1 support and end-users. We will count on you to troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems related to user access, permissions, and configurations. Along the way, you will get to:

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online, including mailbox management, transport rules, and mail flow configurations.  
• Implement and maintain email security measures, such as anti-phishing and anti-malware settings.  
• Design and implement advanced configurations in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.  
• Resolve complex issues related to site and document access & management, permissions, and collaboration in SharePoint.  
• Provide expertise in Microsoft Teams, including advanced configurations, channel management, and integration with other services.  
• Troubleshoot and optimize audio/video conferencing, meetings, guest access management and issues, etc in Teams.  
• Implement and manage advanced identity and access management features, including Azure AD Premium functionalities.  
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.  
• Implement and enforce advanced security measures within Microsoft 365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Governance.  
• Participate in security incident response and investigations.  
• Configure and optimize Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies for a variety of devices accessing Microsoft 365.  
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced device connectivity issues.

What we’re looking for

• BE/B.Tech  
• Certifications such as MS-100 , MS-101 and ITILv4 are highly desirable.  
• Proven experience in a Level 2 support role with a focus on Microsoft 365 services.  
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.  
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
