About the role

As a Mobility Engineer your primary role will be as a Subject Matter Expert to our customers across several industry verticals. You will be responsible for the administration of various managed mobility environments and related technologies. What you’ll do at Insight:

• Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale macOS user environments using Jamf Pro and related technologies.
• Work closely with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of product and coordination of technology resources.
• Ability to support critical incidents through excellent customer communication and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues that arise within Jamf Pro, Apple Products, and related technologies.
• Manage multiple iOS and macOS environments across several customer verticals
• Manage delivery of the technology as well as the engineers working on the same projects and customers.
• Be a technical SME for Jamf, Apple, and Jamf related products
  
  

What you’ll need to join Insight:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field (Computer Engineering, CIS, etc)
• Overall, at least 5 years of experience and 3 years of mandate experience using a Mobile Device Management platform for macOS management, iOS a plus
• JAMF 200 (Jamf technician) certification required and JAMF 300 preferred (advanced)
• Knowledge of 3rd party integrations including SSO/SAML
• Comfortable with the macOS command line environment and related scripting (sh, bash, python, etc.)
• Comfortable with other Jamf products including Jamf Connect, Jamf Protect, and Jamf Pro APIs
