About the role  

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer III, you will support the design, configuration, and deployment of Cisco Webex Calling solutions across multiple customer environments. We will count on you to collaborate closely with senior engineers, project managers, and customers to deliver reliable, secure, and well-documented Webex Calling implementations. Along the way, you will get to:  

• Assist in deploying and configuring Cisco Webex Calling, including provisioning users, devices, locations, and dial plans. 

• Support number porting, PSTN setup, and integration with customer networks. 

• Collaborate with senior engineers on solution design, testing, validation, and pre-deployment requirements and design reviews. 

• Prepare configuration documentation, test plans, and cutover guides while delivering consistent implementation work across concurrent customer projects. Limit

What we’re looking for 

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with VoIP, unified communications, or Cisco collaboration systems, including familiarity with Cisco Webex Calling or similar cloud calling platforms. 

• Understanding of SIP signaling, RTP media, VoIP fundamentals, and networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and DNS. 

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, process adherence, and the ability to manage multiple project tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
