About the role

As the Senior Portfolio Manager, you are the strategic bridge between Executive Intent and Operational Execution. Reporting directly to the PMO Practice Head, you will oversee a portfolio of customer-driven SOWs across Apps, Data & AI, Modern Workplace & Infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role for a "Builder" who can take a dynamic environment and forge it into a world-class delivery engine

As a Manager Services you will:

• Margin Guardianship: Monitor portfolio-wide financial health, including revenue recognition, budget vs.

actuals, and overall practice profitability.

• Resource Optimization: Masterfully manage a centralized pool of Project Coordinators, SPMs/PMs, and Program Managers. Maintain high billable utilization while proactively preventing team burnout.
• Health & Compliance: Conduct rigorous, weekly portfolio-level reviews to identify risks, dependencies, and recovery paths for "Red" projects.
•  PPM Evolution: Lead the transition from manual tracking to a fully optimized Clarizen (Planview) environment,

leveraging the tool for advanced capacity planning.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: 10+ years in Project/Program/Portfolio management, with 4+ years in Professional Services/Consulting.
• Scale: Proven experience managing a portfolio exceeding $10M in SOW value.
• Technical: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Clarizen (Planview) or a similar Tier-1 PPM tool
• Leadership: Experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports (PMs/Program Managers).
