About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SOC Analyst with expertise in Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)  to join our security operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Zscaler solutions, managing advanced email security platforms, and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient network and email communication environments.

As a Sr. SOC Analyst, you will get to:

• Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX).
• Design and implement ZIA/ZPA architecture with a clear understanding of traffic flow.
• Configure SSL Inspection policies, troubleshoot SSL handshake issues, and manage SSL bypass rules.
• Set up and maintain GRE and IPSec tunnels for secure connectivity.
• Support SD-WAN integrated sites, including troubleshooting remote and mobile user access issues.
• Analyze ZDX telemetry to identify and resolve end-user experience problems.
• Modify PAC files as required to optimize traffic routing and security.
• Perform log analysis using tools such as SecureCRT, PuTTY, and Fiddler to identify connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Troubleshoot ZPA app segments, access policies, and enhance security configurations.
• Implement and optimize ZIA policies to improve simplicity and reduce complexity

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
• Strong understanding of Routing & Switching fundamentals.
• Proficiency in SSL inspection, GRE/IPSec tunneling, and PAC file modifications.
• Experience with email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and advanced security tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to isolate and resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) / Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA)
