About the role

We are seeking an experienced Siebel EIM & Integrations Specialist to design, develop, and support data integrations between Siebel CRM and external enterprise systems. The role focuses on Siebel EIM, data mapping, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microsoft SSIS–based interface development and monitoring.

As a Siebel EIM & Integrations Specialist - CEII, you will get to:

• Design and implement Siebel EIM-based integrations with internal and external enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain data mappings, transformation logic, and integration workflows
• Build, schedule, and manage SSIS interfaces to support data exchange
• Monitor interface executions and reprocess failed transactions to external systems
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure integration solutions align with Siebel best practices and data governance standards

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of strong expertise in Siebel EIM, data mapping, and enterprise integration methodologies 

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations between Siebel CRM and external systems 

• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for data processing and integration support 

• Solid understanding of Siebel architecture and CRM best practices 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS for designing, developing, and scheduling interfaces 

• Experience monitoring batch interfaces and handling data fallouts / reprocessing
