About the role  

As a Fullstack Developer - React, Java/Kotlin, you will build responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications in a frontend-focused role using React.js and TypeScript, with Java/Kotlin integration. We will count on you to work independently with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clean, reusable, well-tested code and reliable technical solutions. Along the way, you will get to:  

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive React.js and TypeScript applications, integrating frontend components with RESTful APIs and Java/Kotlin services. 

• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate functional needs into technical designs and working code. 

• Write clean, reusable, documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning. 

• Optimise speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility; troubleshoot issues across the application lifecycle and recommend improvements.

What we’re looking for 

• 4-8 years of professional development experience with strong hands-on React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 expertise. 

• Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and relational or NoSQL databases. 

• Experience with state management, modern build tools, unit testing, Git, CI/CD pipelines, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. 

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, client communication, ownership, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
