About the team

Our Cloud Engineering team is responsible for providing expert troubleshooting and support for our clients' cloud-based solutions. We work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements., Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure and applications that support these solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, and Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities:

•  7 to 12 years of experience.
• Provide escalated support for complex Microsoft 365-related issues reported by Level 1 support and end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems related to user access, permissions, and configurations. 
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online, including mailbox management, transport rules, and mail flow configurations. 
• Implement and maintain email security measures, such as anti-phishing and anti-malware settings. 
• Design and implement advanced configurations in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. 
• Resolve complex issues related to site and document access & management, permissions, and collaboration in SharePoint. 
• Provide expertise in Microsoft Teams, including advanced configurations, channel management, and integration with other services. 
• Troubleshoot and optimize audio/video conferencing, meetings, guest access management and issues, etc in Teams. 
• Implement and manage advanced identity and access management features, including Azure AD Premium functionalities. 
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security. 
• Implement and enforce advanced security measures within Microsoft 365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Governance. 
• Participate in security incident response and investigations. 
• Configure and optimize Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies for a variety of devices accessing Microsoft 365. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced device connectivity issues.

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech 
• Certifications
  • Legacy MCSA/MCSE
  • Identity and access administrator associate/expert
  • Enterprise Administrator
  • Security Administrator / Information protection Administrator
  • Azure Solutions Architect
  • Cybersecurity architect

         Requirements:

• Must have

1. Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure LaaS, ADDS, ADFS, AADConnect.
2. Conditional Access, SSO, PIM, Enterprise Apps.
3. Tenant to Tenant migrations (Identity management) , Technical Design and creation of LLD & HLD experience.
4. Project lifecycle management.
    

• Nice to have

1. Experience of Octa advantageous.
2. Cloud app security.
3. Exchange management/migration.
4. Intune, autopilot.

Endpoint management, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Purview all complimentary and welcomed.
