As a Senior System Analyst, you will get to: 
 

• Lead the Scrum Teams / squads functionally to ensure all squad members (Developers / QA / Analysts) understand the scope and sprint goals.
• Act as the Scrum Master for the Scrum Teams / squads ensuring successful sprint goals achievement by driving collaboration while working with Architects / Management to remove impediments.
• Work directly with Business Teams / Product Teams to create the Product Roadmap and drive prioritized Sprint Scope adhering to the roadmap.
• Drive the Scrum Planning meetings considering Business Prioritization and technical feasibility of the prioritized requirements.
• Accept the Implemented design and code developed by the scrum team at the end of the Sprint through Acceptance Testing ensuring that the product matches 100% the prioritized requirements provided by the Business teams.
• Perform Technical Acceptance of the Release once code is released to Production by performing Production Acceptance steps.
• Develop positive working relationships between the functional departments and the IT organization.
• Act as a catalyst for change, and have experience with organizational design, change management.
• Gather and document business requirements and opportunities for business process Improvement.
• Design and document business processes including the development of business cases to support implementation if necessary.
• Analyze change requests from business organization considering current business blueprint, including impact on other areas (modules) of SAP, and other applications in the technical landscape.
• Support change requests, including the justification of a business case when necessary, and align with overall business and technology goals and objectives.
• Develop integrated plans and take responsibility for resolving change requests and other projects by the agreed upon deadlines or milestone promise dates.
• Assign or request resources as appropriate to deliver change requests and other tasks he/she is the owner of in accordance with the plans.
• Prioritize change requests and other initiatives in conjunction with IT management.
• Implement change requests according to plan in conjunction with other Senior System Analysts as required.
• Assemble and conduct unit test before release from development environment.
• Responsible for testing (unit and integration) the solution before release to production, including submission of appropriate integration test specifications.
• Communicate status of change requests and other activities to the business organization and to the IT management as required.
• May be responsible for providing technical direction to consulting resources
• Identify and justify the need for project resources including hardware, software, permanent employees, consultants, etc.
• Ability to manage delegated tasks assigned to them.

• The Senior System Analyst attends and actively participates within meetings.
• Understand the ever-changing business environment of Insight and the specifics of each Business Unit.
• The Senior System Analyst should be a liaison between the business community and IT. 
• The Senior System Analyst relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
• The Senior System Analyst must demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 
• May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a competent contributor/specialist
• The Senior System Analyst should actively participate as a management team member by passing on business experience and technical expertise to other team members in a cooperative team environment.

• The Senior System Analyst shall pursue continuing professional education in the areas of business analysis, client relationships, and technical skills through course training, and self-study.

• Operational knowledge of department design and configuration tools.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Technical Skills   

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university.  Minimum 8 years in a dynamic business environment conducting analysis, requirements definition, and problem solving.  Preferably some experience with a products and services reseller.
• Minimum 4 years broad experience with Hybris Commerce version 6.7 and up. Minimum involvement in at least 1 full implementation or upgrades required. Operational knowledge of various development technologies used, debugging skills.
• The Senior System Analyst should have knowledge of multiple business areas, concepts of process engineering and re-engineering, and also be familiar with database concepts, and client server concepts. 
• The Senior System Analyst should bring a thorough understanding of IT and business processes to the team as well as a strong background in various business systems.  
• Regardless of team assigned to, it is expected that all Senior System Analysts will pursue knowledge of the Hybris Commerce system, since it is integral to the overall business flow at Insight.
