About the role

 

As a Manager, Presales, you will be responsible for the gathering of information used to create Statements of Work. They are responsible for leading and coordinating with BU subject matter experts to define, scope, and price the components of SOWs and Changes Requests as needed. They work hand-in-hand with the Sales Account Team when opportunities are identified.​

 

  • Laise with onshore leaders on offshore opportunity identification​
  • Sales ops tracking, creating visibility and reporting ​
  • Leads Proposal and SOW Development, Coordinates across BUs​
  • Accountable for the opportunity assessment​
  • Responsible for the bid/no-bid decision​
  • Leads the Quick Expert Assessments (QEA) with the business units​
  • Drafts the proposal with help from the business units​
  • Gathers information for initial pricing from the business units​
  • Gathers initial resourcing plan from the business units​
  • Secures the internal proposal review​
  • Partners with Sales Account team during the proposal review with the client​
  • Responsible for the SOW creation and approval (Scope Approval step)
  • Coordinates the Sales to Delivery handoff​
  • Performs important Pre-Sales Operations and Administration tasks​
  • Accountable for ensuring proper coding of opportunities through ClientLink
  • Responsible for setting up the client and opportunity collaboration sites​
  • Sets up the opportunity in Qorus
  • Responsible for SOW review and Approval (“Pricing” Approval step)
