About the role

As a Manager for Transformation, Business Excellence, you will get to:

• Drive simplification throughout the organization, fostering a culture of quality and streamlining processes to promote standardization. 
• Conduct internal audits for business and enabling areas according to agreed minimum standards. 
• Partners with practice leads and managers to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Lead improvement initiatives within the firm. 
• Deliver quality training programs, instilling a strong quality focus within the organization using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, and ITIL. 
• Lead knowledge management initiatives, including documenting customer success stories and mapping customer journeys. 
• Establish a best-in-class quality framework to ensure consistent and predictable operational performance. 
• Drive a standardized service level measurement framework at the practice and client levels, including setting definitions, capturing data, and producing reports. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans based on feedback from Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Assessment (CSA).

What we’re looking for

• 10–14 years of relevant experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business excellence role; MBA preferred. 
• Ability to quickly learn and work collaboratively with multiple teams. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Proficient in metrics analysis. 
• Experience working on process-driven projects. 
• Ability to understand business needs and develop quality frameworks for both internal and external customers. 
• Solid understanding of the Agile Framework. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of the CMMI Framework and its process areas..
