Cloud Ops Manager – Transition Manager 

Location – Delhi NCR

Job description  

Position is responsible for managing teams of Azure engineers for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s on Insight Managed Azure Services.   

Develops and implements policies and practices for client installations, including access management, establishing monitoring, security best practices and handover to support process documentation, testing and troubleshooting, and client training and validation.  

Manages teammates who support complex technical or business support as an onboarding team. Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.   

Provides technical guidance to teammates, colleagues and/or customers.   

Requirements -   

• Cloud Technology (Azure, AWS, Multicloud)  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

• Strong relationship management skills.  

• Expert level ITIL and Service Management knowledge as well as certification.  

• Previous experience of Client Onboarding.  

• Ability to lead and manage large complex global projects.  

• Strong knowledge of IT functions, Self-motivated, able to work independently and reliably.  

• Ability to work flexible schedule (mainly North America hours) based on a customer need  

• Certified in ITIL /or PMP and PRINCE2 is a plus.  

• Preferred Qualifications – Graduation   

• Experience in implementing / transitioning to operations/support  

• Direct (hands on) experience in one or more of the following disciplines:  

• Server Administration (Windows/Linux/UNIX)  

• Network Administration  

• Virtualization  

• Storage  

• Security  

• Cloud technology – Azure   

• MS Enterprise Technologies
