About the role 

The Presales Architect – Microsoft 365, Intune & Purview is responsible for designing, positioning, and articulating Modern Workplace solutions built on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Purview. The role supports the end-to-end presales lifecycle, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to translate customer business, security, and compliance requirements into secure, scalable, and well-governed digital workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with sales teams and customers to understand business goals, security posture, and compliance requirements.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, tenant assessments, and architecture discussions.
• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 architectures covering productivity, endpoint management, security, and compliance.
• Define migration, transformation, and optimization strategies for Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Develop solution documentation including architectures, SOWs, BOMs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Present solutions to IT managers, EUC leads, security teams, and compliance stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between presales commitments and delivery execution.

Microsoft 365 Core Workloads

• Exchange Online (including hybrid scenarios).
• Microsoft Teams.
• SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Tenant architecture, licensing strategy, and service governance.

Endpoint & Identity Management (Intune)

• Device enrollment and Windows Autopilot.
• MDM and MAM policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Compliance policies, configuration profiles, and update rings.
• Integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.

Security & Compliance (Microsoft Purview)

• Data classification and Information Protection.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Retention, records management, and eDiscovery.
• Compliance assessments and regulatory alignment.

What we’re looking for

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, EUC, or Microsoft 365 roles.
• 4–6+ years in presales, consulting, or solution architecture roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise and regulated customers.
• Experience in system integrator or managed services environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and migrations.
• Hands-on or design-level expertise in Intune endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance capabilities.
• Understanding of identity, Zero Trust, and endpoint security.
• Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into technical designs.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• MS-102, SC-300, SC-400.
• Microsoft Security certifications (SC-100, MS-500).
• ITIL Foundation.
