About the team

The Service Governance and Delivery Assurance (SGDA) function is responsible for the governance and assurance of professional and managed services delivery to our clients across a full range of technology and software offerings. 

The PMO Analyst at Insight provides analytical support to the PMO team and project managers. They collect and analyse project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.  They administer & develop the Project Management Information System 

As Project Manager, you will get to: 

• Report on compliance to Governance & Quality standards 

• Report on KPI compliance at both regional & practice level 

• Advise on corrective & preventative measures to keep projects on track (Support creation of Back to Green plans) 

• Collect, analyse, and report on project data, including progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) 

• Support the identification, assessment, and tracking of project risks and issues 

• Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of PMO processes and tools 

• Support the development of the Project Management Information System 

What we’re looking for 

• Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent professional experience 

• Hold ITIL v4 Managing Professional as a minimum 

• Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional PMP 

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management roles 

• High level of written and spoken English 

• Exceptional organizational stills, delivering multiple competing priorities  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading to the implementation of service improvements 

• Enthusiastic, pragmatic and self-managing with strong leadership and management skills
