As a Senior Manager - Business Analytics, you will get to: 
 

• Lead and drive the team, to promote teammate satisfaction through mentoring, development, and career planning, creating a high performing team with a strong succession benchmark, enabling career progression
• Accountable for articulating and aligning the functional strategy in line with that of the business by providing enough tools and resources to teammates to ensure the optimum delivery of the strategy against Insight’s goals.
• Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth.

What you’ll do for Insight:  

• Define and track Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting, and dashboards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance based on data analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team based on financial data analysis.
• Convert raw data into intelligible solutions & suggestions providing clarity and driving action based on data. 
• Lead the team to make data driven decision across the business
• Support the team to  provide insights, identify patterns, trends, or correlations in the data that may not be immediately obvious. Communicate these Insights to key stakeholders to provide valuable information that can be used to make informed decisions, predict future trends, improve processes, or understand client behavior.
• Drive team to provide deeper, more advanced insight into patterns, trends, and themes that may be hidden within data.
• Leverage advanced data analytics to provide actionable business insights, for example: Data Mining, Clustering Analysis, Anomaly Detection, Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning.
• Collaborate globally on roadmap, for data capture and organization and analytical tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for analytics employees to follow.

Technical Skills

• Strong advanced data analytics skills, for  example: Data Mining, Clustering Analysis, Anomaly Detection, Association Rule Mining, Regression Analysis, Predictive Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics and Machine Learning.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation.
• Demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a high performing team within a fast-paced, target driven environment
• Highly advanced numerical skills, ability to manipulate large volumes of complex data and carry out detailed analysis
• Experience with automation, business intelligence, and web-based technologies.

• Proven ability to highlight trends and detect financial inconsistencies when analysing and summarising detailed financial information
• Previous experience working in a sales organisation and relevant industry experience within a company of similar size
• An understanding and experience of the design and implementation of new business processes

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Business Analytics with: 
 

• Overall 14+ yrs of expereince in required with MBA or advanced degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in sales analytics or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, excellent communication skills,
• Experience in devising and implementing strategic development and resource plans, particularly in the areas of service development, staff development and the management of change
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to provide effective leadership, build positive team spirit and inspire, motivate, and support teammates
• Engaging, approachable, professional manner but strong and directional and able to exercise discretion in handling confidential matters
