Patching Coordinator

Location: Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum. This is a hybrid opportunity

About the role 

Patching Coordinators own the patching calendar across multiple clients and environments, coordinate and schedule maintenance windows in alignment with SLAs and client requirements, ensure patch cycles are executed according to defined cadence (monthly, out-of-band, emergency patches) and communicate schedules, changes, and impacts to internal teams and customers

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on patch compliance and effectiveness, including, sccess rates, failure rates, systems pending patching
  • Produce regular client-facing reports and executive summaries while also highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring attention or escalation
  • ITIL or service management certification
  • Experience with reporting tools or dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.) as well as exposure to security/vulnerability management programs.
    Familiarity with patching tools such as N‑central (N‑able), Qualys or similar RMM platforms as well as automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible awareness preferred)
  • Windows and Linux patching concepts, patch lifecycle (assessment, deployment, validation), compliance and vulnerability remediation principles
  • Ability to interpret technical outputs and translate into clear reporting metrics. Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills (client-facing and internal teams) including a high attention to detail with strong follow-through

 

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and a strong analytical mindset for reporting and trend identification

 


What we’re looking for

  • 3–5+ years in IT operations, service management, or infrastructure coordination
  • Demonstrated experience working in managed services (MSP) or multi-client environments.
  • Familiarity with patching tools such as N‑central (N‑able), Qualys or similar RMM platforms as well as automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible awareness preferred)
  • Experience with change management and maintenance scheduling
