About the role

Senior Developers work with little supervision, preparing specifications, user requirements and programs of a highly technical or complex nature. They assist Business Analysts and other programmers with application or technical problems. They design, develop, test, debug, and document programs on large-scale, complex projects. The senior level position requires advanced technical knowledge in all areas of applications programming, system design and update, storage and retrieval methods, application performance optimization. This position makes decisions that can affect the overall outcome of the business or the company, in conjunction with Leads and technical Management.

As a Sr Developer you will:

• Lead SAP Commerce solution architecture and technical design, collaborating closely with leads and managers to define standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Elicit, research, and document client business and technical requirements, leveraging AI-assisted requirements analysis and impact assessment to accelerate discovery and reduce gaps.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and integrations for SAP Commerce, using AI tools to compare options, estimate effort, and assess technical risk.
•  Design, document, and maintain end-to-end system and application architecture, including high-level and low-level technical designs, supported by AI-generated diagrams and design documentation.

• BE, B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
