About the role

As a Systems Analyst Sr, you will provide technical leadership and guidance across one or more projects. We will count on you to work closely with architecture, data, and development teams to assess feasibility, risk, and value. Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead the Scrum Teams / squads functionally to ensure all squad members (Developers / QA / Analysts) understand the scope and sprint goals.
• Act as the Scrum Master for the Scrum Teams / squads ensuring successful sprint goals achievement by driving collaboration while working with Architects / Management to remove impediments.
• Work directly with Business Teams / Product Teams to create the Product Roadmap and drive prioritized Sprint Scope adhering to the Roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify where AI, automation, and advanced analytics can be incorporated into the roadmap to increase value, efficiency, or personalization
• Assess the feasibility and effort of AI-enabled user stories (e.g., personalization, prediction, generative features) in partnership with architecture and data teams.
• Use AI-enabled tools (for estimation, risk analysis, dependency mapping, or backlog refinement assistance) to support planning decisions while applying critical judgment to AI outputs.
• Ensure AI-related work items include clear data requirements, model/engine dependencies, and non-functional requirements such as performance, explainability, and monitoring
• Accept the Implemented design and code developed by the scrum team at the end of the Sprint through Acceptance Testing ensuring that the product matches 100% the prioritized requirements provided by the Business teams.
• Validate that AI-enabled features and integrations meet functional requirements and behave within expected parameters, including accuracy/quality of AI outputs where applicable
• Perform Technical Acceptance of the Release once code is released to Production by performing Production Acceptance steps.
• Develop positive working relationships between the functional departments and the IT organization.
• Act as a catalyst for change, and have experience with organizational design, change management.
• Gather and document business requirements and opportunities for business process Improvement.
• Design and document business processes including the development of business cases to support implementation if necessary.
• Analyze change requests from business organization considering current business blueprint, including impact on other areas (modules) of SAP, and other applications in the technical landscape.
• Support change requests, including the justification of a business case when necessary, and align with overall business and technology goals and objectives.
• Develop integrated plans and take responsibility for resolving change requests and other projects by the agreed upon deadlines or milestone promise dates.
• Assign or request resources as appropriate to deliver change requests and other tasks he/she is the owner of in accordance with the plans.
• Prioritize change requests and other initiatives in conjunction with IT management.
• Implement change requests according to plan in conjunction with other Senior System Analysts as required.
• Assemble and conduct unit test before release from development environment.
• Responsible for testing (unit and integration) the solution before release to production, including submission of appropriate integration test specifications.
• Communicate status of change requests and other activities to the business organization and to the IT management as required.
• May be responsible for providing technical direction to consulting resources
• Identify and justify the need for project resources including hardware, software, permanent employees, consultants, etc.
• Ability to manage delegated tasks assigned to them

What we’re looking for

• BE, B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years in a dynamic business environment conducting analysis, requirements definition, and problem solving.
• Preferably some experience with products and services reseller.
• Minimum 4 years broad experience with SAP Commerce version 2211 and up.
• Minimum involvement in at least 1 full implementation or upgrades required.
• Operational knowledge of various development technologies used, debugging skills.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating or implementing solutions that include AI or advanced analytics components (e.g., personalization engines, recommendation systems, predictive models, or generative AI assistants) is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (e.g., data quality considerations, model inputs/outputs, limitations, and typical lifecycle) and the ability to factor these into business and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (such as AI copilots, code assistants, or documentation summarization tools) and a willingness to adopt and continuously improve usage of these tools in day-to-day work.
