Business Optimization- Onboarding

Basic Function of Job

 

To optimize processes and workflow for a wide variety of large and complex program onboardings to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Focusing on optimizing customized client solutions.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with pre-sales to design the scope on customized programs and be the liaison between operations and the pre-sales team to align on our capabilities
  • Support cost model development with pre-sales, ensuring all operational costs are captured in the model
  • Own SOW and cost model review and approval with stakeholders and ensuring absolute accuracy to the client deliverables
  • Provide leadership a risk assessment prior to SOW signature, that gives full visibility to key operational risks and challenges the team and organization will be taking on  
  • Launch and run the toll gate strategy and include client customizations as necessary
  • Develop the program implementation strategy with Sr. Managers by documenting the project plan, process maps, RACIs, and keeping an active RAID log when needed
  • Responsible for determining POC design for the program and understanding when the organization needs to test end to end processes vs when the organization needs to follow a standard lab only POC
  • Responsible for identifying program risks and partnering with the implementation manager to provide a completed staff work to leadership
  • Ensure a proper hand off between onboarding and the steady state program operations team
  • Actively seek to improve processes, find and drive efficiencies across all programs, with a continuous goal of reducing cost and enabling a positive client experience

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through listening to and addressing concerns, driving improvements and communicating outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively and credibly, builds strong relationships with the customers
  • Maintains accurate status reports and project reviews
  • Partner with technical teams, operational teams and sales teams to develop end to end processes and SOPs.
  • Aide in the response to RFPs and engage all departments for input and approval
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend business process changes and improvements across the services organization systems and processes


 

Requirements

        

 

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar.  Position requires 3-4 years hands on experience within similar industry.  

 

  • Excellent organization, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Project
  • Strong Analytical skills such as being able to extract data, organize it, utilize it to make key business decisions and communicate/present it throughout the organization
  • Proven understanding of corporate account business needs and knowledge of the IT industry
  • A deep project management experience and broad technology knowledge with the ability to facilitate the architecting of solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business and technology decision maker discussions
  • Experience with process improvements, process development and documentation across different departments within an organization required.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal work hours as required
