Position Overview

As a Manager, Quality Assurance at Insight, you will collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization to ensure processes are designed for the most efficient and effective operation meeting standard. You will lead and partner to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities for optimal quality and continuous improvement. You will plan, implement, assure and improve the Quality Management System to meet needs, objectives, and expectations, maintaining all associated certification and regulatory approvals. You will provide the guidance, governance and expertise to the site leadership team to nurture a culture of Quality in all site activities.

What you’ll do at Insight

Planning and management of the system requirements for hosting and deployment of QMS, its stated processes and associated controls and for training people who will be defining/utilizing its functions.
Maintain an ongoing Internal Auditing Program to ensure the continuous improvements required by the ISO 9001 Standards
Ensure that a QMS is maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System International Standards.
Report the performance of the QMS to Insight management for review and as a basis for improvement of the Quality Management System.
Facilitate a Management Review of the QMS at defined intervals sufficient to ensure it is continuing suitability and effective in satisfying the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standards and maintain records of these meetings.
Coordination, plan, host and lead Customer and Certification Body internal and external audits and assessments to ensure successful outcome, resolving issues raised through the audit process.
Manage Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction (SOP/WI) Document and Data Control to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standards.
Implement and maintain an ongoing Corrective and Preventive Action Program to ensure the continued improvements required by ISO 9001 Standards.

What you’ll need to join Insight

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Quality Management, or equivalent
Eight years of experience in Quality Assurance Management and/or Operations Management in a Technology related field.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Requirements.
Working knowledge of Intellect is preferred; ISO Certification a plus.
