Salary: $25.72 an hour

About the role

As a Operations Lead with Insight, you will be responsible for directing teammates in their respective area and managing day-to-day operations so that the team meets it required level of production.  We will count on you to do the coordination of inbound and outbound product movements within the distribution center. Along the way, you will get to:

• Effectively utilize a variety of communication tools to ensure key issues are communicated to teammates and management.
• Provides support in organizing and facilitating department or company meetings.
• Assume the managers role during manager absence.
• Proactively takes accountability for getting things done, driving tasks through to completion.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience. 
• Some supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees.
