About the role
We're looking for a tech-savvy individual with deep knowledge of Apple products and ecosystems. As an Apple Tech Specialist, you’ll troubleshoot, setup, maintenance, and repair Apple devices including screens, batteries for iPhones and iPads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices
- Provide expert support on iCloud, Apple ID, and related services
- Assist with device setup, migration, and optimization
- Stay up to date with the latest Apple updates and releases
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Apple devices and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-first attitude and ability to work independently
- Certifications like Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred)
- GSX Certifications(preferred)
