Are you a driven leader with a passion for delivering technical solutions to both internal and external customers? We are looking for a Supv Operations to provide immediate supervision, assign tasks, maintain schedules, and verify the quality of technical service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that Insight's onsite and field service personnel are meeting and exceeding client expectations, while providing day-to-day supervision for the team's administrative functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area.
  • Manage daily activities, assess the efficiency, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Develop business practices to address the needs of Service Delivery, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Service Management to deliver an integrated solution adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide support for both internal and external customers, monitoring activities to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and report Accounts Receivable issues with Sales Team.
  • Analyze revenue, cost, and trends while supporting the Service Delivery Management Team.
  • Forecast revenue and costs by Branch and Regional Geographies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 1+ years of related field service operations experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and team player.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP.

Internal teammate application guidelines:

  • Meet the minimum qualifications and requirements of the position;
  • Have completed minimum service time in current role based on department (ranges from 6 months to 2 years) and have current manager approval.
    • For Account Executives, must be in role for at least 2 years and be a Level 2
    • For Client Fulfillment Center, must be in role for at least 6 months
    • Unless noted above, must be in role for at least 12 months
  • Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period;
  • Have satisfactory performance in their current position;
  • Have their current manager/supervisor recommendation
