Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer  to join our team for an internal W2 contract that possesses the following skills.





  • Onsite in Hiram, OH
  • 12 month contract
  • $50.00 hourly/ M-F 8-5 pm
  • Strong understanding of MES (machine execution solution) software
  • 3+ years L3 Support
  • Assist clients with O365 related issues.
  • Assist and troubleshoot Windows & peripheral issues.
  • Basic Azure related user issue troubleshooting.





Our client is looking for a competent Microsoft Help Desk Engineer to provide fast and useful technical assistance (Level 1 through Level 3 support) on computer systems and company specific applications. 


The MSFT Help Desk Engineer will support various Microsoft systems related to Azure and the Microsoft 365 ME5 technology stack. 


They will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent Microsoft Help Desk Engineer must have good technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.


They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers. The goal is to provide excellent technical assistance to resolve system and application issues for internal teams.

The Microsoft Help Desk Engineer will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist clients with O365 related issues.
  • Assist and troubleshoot Windows & peripheral issues.
  • Basic Azure related user issue troubleshooting.



  •  5 years of Desktop Support Experience, with the ability to patiently walk users through troubleshooting steps, etc.
  • 3 years of experience with Office 365, including client installation\configuration, support, etc..
  • Experience troubleshooting O365 configuration, connectivity, profiles, etc.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory user management including Azure AD.
  • Experience providing user support for Microsoft Applications like the O365 suite, Teams, Flow, PowerApps, OneDrive, Forms, Office, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager, etc..
  • Experience with MES software (Factivity MES, is a plus) and Manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of Networking concepts, including VIP, IP routing, DNS, etc..
  • Working knowledge of office automation products
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and in written
  • Ability to work with multiple teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills


Nice to have:


  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. TeamViewer)
  • One or more Microsoft 365/Azure certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level mobile device management application
