Inside Account Manager (Corp Premium)

Within our Sales team and attached to the Sales Team Leader, your objective is to proactively market solutions (Software and Services).

 

The role of Account Manager:

 

  • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities with new and existing Clients
  • Establishes and develops strong Client relationships built on trust and with a high level of customer satisfaction through great service delivery
  • Develop account plans across Client base to identify opportunities based on Client needs
  • Manages the end to end renewal process for existing accounts in order to ensure client retention by strategic account management techniques
  • Identifies opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell and wrap services
  • Establishes and develops stakeholder relationships with cross functional internal teams to support and manage clients needs
  • Acts as a daily resource for client queries, licensing and software purchase questions, responding or escalating as appropriate
  • Manages detailed and accurate contact information for prospects and clients within CRM
  • Provide frequent and accurate forecast and pipeline information

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience in selling Microsoft Technologies
  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in software licensing, IT sales or solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft licensing, CSP Program
  • Swedish / English fluent
  • Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit and margin driven sales environment.
  • Proven record of account development, in particular with a complex portfolio of products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Good Time Management Skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate an ongoing interest to learn about and understand IT products.
  • Languages: Swedish/English
