Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week)

We are currently seeking an Ambitious Inside Account Manager (IAM) to join our highly successful and client-focused corporate team, responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.


Key Accountabilities…

  • Establish and develop strong client relationships, based upon trust and the utmost level of client satisfaction through great service delivery.
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities with existing clients to achieve and exceed individual revenue and GP growth targets
  • Develop account plans across the client base to identify opportunities based on client pain points and needs.
  • Manage detailed and accurate sales and contact information for clients within the relevant CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to drive improvements and maintain exceptional partnerships with our customers.
