Insight are looking for an individual with customer facing experience, based out of Sheffield to join our operations team. You will be responsible for providing operational support to Insight’s clients in the UK. This will include processing orders, quotes, raising invoices, providing back-office administrative support and more. Someone that can work to deadlines, thrives in fast-paced and pressurised environments, is a strong communicator and can work well in a team would be well suited to this role.

This is an exciting role that offers you the opportunity to support a global organisation and will require working with external clients across multiple markets.

 

Job responsibilities:

· Manage internal sales processes including processing orders, contracts, quote generation and the conversion of maintenance renewals.

· Communicate directly with Insight’s distributors, and chase and follow-up items as when required to ensure all client orders are shipped in line with requirements.

· Take ownership of administrative problems that arise and use initiative to bring them to a positive close.

· Respond promptly to all internal and external client queries received in order to optimise sales activities and provide the highest level of service to clients.

· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all client requests are picked up within relevant timescales.

· Actively manage tickets raised, ensure they are escalated when appropriate, and update information on an ongoing basis.

 

Skills desired:

· Articulate communication across all levels within Insight and Insight clients

· Conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

· Ability to understand client and teammate needs and collaborate efficiently

· Can take up and learn new systems/processes quickly and effectively

· Comfortable working within a high-performance team within a fast-paced environment

· Customer service/facing experience

· A detail orientated and analytical approach

· Someone that takes ownership of problems and come up with a solution using the tools available to you
