SAP Trainer

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you’ll work remotely now through February as well as 100% travel nationally in March and April.

Salary: $50-55/hr

Duration of contract: 6-12 months

Now is the time to bring your research expertise to an SAP Trainer role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As an SAP Trainer with Insight, you’ll equip team members with the knowledge, skills, and mindset for successful adoption. We’ll count on you to participate in a robust Train The Trainer program in preparation to deliver virtual and/or instructor-led courses. Along the way, you’ll work collaboratively with the Train The Trainer Lead and Coordinator, BPLs, Trainers, Super Users, and business resources to achieve desired training outcomes.

As an SAP Trainer, you’ll get to:    

• Leverage SAP training delivery experience
• Complete Train The Trainer program and User Acceptance Testing
• Study training assets, facilitator guides, simulations, for mastery
• Collaborate with Super Users to prepare for local training delivery
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
• Provide post go-live support
• Monitor participation, engagement, knowledge checks to identify opportunities to enhance the training assets to better meet the Team Member needs
• Advocate for Field Team Members and operations
• Represent BFS Learning & Development and Field training functions

What you will need to succeed:

• 6+ years of professional experience delivering virtual and instructor-led system and process training
• Subject Matter knowledge of SAP Workstreams (RTR, C2C, P2P, TM, EWM, MDG, IBP); Workstream specialty preferred
• Experience working with Field locations and Site Team Members and Leaders
• Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse audiences
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Confidently work at all levels of the organization
• Self-Starter, able to work independently
• Adaptability in a changing project environment
• Spanish Proficiency a plus
• SAP, Dayforce, Cornerstone experience a plus
• 3+ years Instructional Design experience a plus
