About the role
As a Lead Org Design & Change Management Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor leading enterprise customers through deep organizational and technical transformations. We will count on you to focus specifically on redesigning IT operating models—moving infrastructure and operations organizations away from legacy, project-based delivery toward modern, Agile, service-oriented structures. Along the way, you will get to:
- Required Travel: Up to 25-50% travel to customer sites.
- Global Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and direct a distributed team of Change Management Leads and Practitioners across onshore and offshore delivery centers. You must be able and willing to coach junior resources to drive a unified strategy.
- Organizational Design & Team Topology: Lead the deliberate reshaping of client organizations. This includes designing durable, stream-aligned product teams, centralized platform teams, and enabling support functions to match target cloud architectures.
- Management Hierarchy Flattening: Facilitate Agile structural shifts that rely on fewer middle managers. You will provide dignified coaching to reposition existing line managers around strategic delivery while shifting actual domain authority to technical experts.
Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.
What we’re looking for
- At least 7+ years of Change Management and Organizational Design experience (including at least 5 years of dedicated change management experience).
- Change management certifications (e.g., ProSci, Kotter).
- At least 3-5 years of external consulting experience with advanced relationship management at the C-Suite and executive level.
- Google Cloud Digital Leader AND Google Generative AI Leader certified, or able to complete both within the first 6 months of employment.
What you can expect
We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
But what really sets us apart are our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony, which guide everything we do, from building relationships with teammates, partners, and clients to making a positive impact in our communities.
Join us today, your ambITious journey starts here.
