Regional Marketing Manager

The Marketing team serves as the face of Insight by promoting and supporting the company’s business strategy through a coordinated communications approach.

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for Spain, to support the execution of the regional marketing strategy and country-level plans across Italy and Spain. This role will play a key part in driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness, working closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Performance teams.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has strong experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the execution of regional marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets
  • Design and deliver demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline and measurable ROI
  • Partner closely with local Sales team and Leadership team to ensure strong alignment and impact
  • Recommend and execute the most effective marketing mix (digital, events, partner campaigns, PR, social media)
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets (including MDF) to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams (Performance, Partner, Portfolio, Digital) to ensure cohesive execution
  • Work with external vendors and agencies (PR, social media, creative) to drive local marketing initiatives
  • Align with global marketing teams to share best practices and scale successful initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector
  • Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign execution
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI-focused decisions
  • Demonstrated experience working with local leadership and sales teams, influencing stakeholders at different levels
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, content strategy, social media, and campaign analytics
  • Native Spanish, fluent English, Italian is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
