Solutions Leader

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced sales individuals to join our UK Solutions business as a Solution Leader. In this role, you will bring Insight’s extensive Solutions portfolio to life for our clients, using your wealth of experience and expertise to exceed expectations and drive high levels of ROI and satisfaction. This future‑facing role is critical to Insight's growth, as you will drive revenue by providing and driving adoption of complex and customized transformational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Form a deep understanding of the client’s existing technology roadmap and landscape, along with their industry, challenges, and opportunities.

• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, propose, and implement solutions using the latest technologies.

• Collaborate with leaders, sales teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment.

• Oversee the solutions sales process from ideation to implementation, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

What Success Looks Like

• Drive growth within the Solutions business through strategic sales plans and accurate forecasts.

• Lead cross‑functional experts to build compelling, value‑driven solution proposals.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain account plans.

• Build strong relationships with clients, key decision makers, partners, and internal teams.

• Master the Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew (LAER) model and qualify deals applying risk assessment models.

• Strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving profitable solutions revenue.

• Strong communicator and influencer across all organizational levels.

• Ability to identify client pain points and recommend technology‑aligned solutions.

• Passionate about how technology can drive business value through transformation into our customers’ business; with a keen interest and understanding across our key offerings of Cloud (e.g. Microsoft Azure), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Adoption & Change and Optimization & Governance; with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
