CDCT Solutions Admin

Position Overview

The CDCT Solutions Rep Admin Level 1 will be responsible for providing customer service and assisting the sales processes of their assigned CDCT Solutions Reps and Region. This involves, but is not limited to: report generation, client specific requests, assistance with ClientLink Opportunity management, Order Tracking, assistance with returns/credit and rebills. 

                                                            

What you’ll do at Insight

  • Work on special projects for clients and Solutions Rep team as needed

  • Attend Company, vendor, and publisher trainings and webinars, as directed

  • Build relationships with other Insight departments and increase efficiencies where applicable

  • Prioritize and respond to incoming emails from CDCT sales team

  • Research technical information on product requests and ensure access to procurement

  • Responsible for correct and accurate operational support and processing requests

  • Assist Solutions Reps to work with vendor or manufacturer for pre and post sales requests

  • Request and/or set up new client sold-to’s, bill-to’s, and ship-to’s as needed

  • Assist with RMA management, credit re-bills and collections facilitation

  • Follow-up on all open client returns in a timely manner

  • Follow through to make sure the replacement order (if applicable) is placed and shipped

  • Positive interaction with Customer Service /Purchasing on RA/Replacements

  • Keep Solutions Rep team informed of any problems and final resolution of issue

  • Develop in depth understanding of SAP/SMART system

  • Assist with Backlog Management

  • Assist with Warehouse and Customer Owned Inventory processes and reporting

  • Assist with pipeline management using Client Link

  • Provide order status for Solutions Reps

  • Specific regionally-based operational needs per Solutions Rep Leadership team

 

What you’ll need to join Insight

  • Ability to work on a permanent night shift schedule

  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any course

  • College Level

  • Strong understanding and usage of Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc

  • Some experience in customer service, operations, and other related experience

  • Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives

  • Strong written and verbal English communications skills, grammar, email skills

  • Understanding of financial terminology (revenue, gross profit vs. mark up, etc)

  • Able to successfully manage and follow up on multiple priorities and projectS

  • Strong commitment to company values and operating principles

 

Preferred

  • Experience supporting or working in logistics, customer service, technical support, operations
