Client Operations Team Lead


Position Overview

The Client Operations Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring daily productivity amongst teammates and customer engagement. They provide a first level degree of escalation and should be able to make strategic systems or process decisions. They are also responsible for immediate teammate development, which includes identifying strengths and weaknesses, and organize necessary trainings, which would lead to further process improvement.


What you’ll do at Insight

  • The Client Operations Team Leader will be responsible for developing efficient practices to serve business needs.
  • Work on special projects for clients and sales force as needed along with client ops teammates.
  • Ensure teammates attends Company, vendor, and publisher trainings and webinars, as directed.
  • Build relationships with other Insight departments and increase efficiencies where applicable.
  • Prioritize and respond to incoming client escalation and provide first level escalation with a buck stops here mindset.
  • Responsible in ensuring that teammates processes accurate/correct order
  • Ensure contract compliance
  • Provide reporting for management.
  • Positive interaction with other cross functional departments 
  • Identify any training needed for teammates
  • Coach teammates as needed and be able to QA requests
  • Ensure attendance and productivity daily



What you’ll need to join Insight

  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • College Level
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and operations and other related experience. 
  • Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
  • Strong written and verbal English communications skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong commitment to company values and operating principles


  • Experience supporting or working in logistics, customer service, technical support, operations management
