As a Marketing Manager, you will develop, execute, measure and report on strategic marketing activities for the Insight Solutions business.  You will work with cross-functional internal teams, as well as strategic partners, to develop comprehensive plans including Insight solutions and services. This teammate is responsible for executing on the tactical elements of plans as well as initiatives with other strategic partners and overall corporate initiatives as directed.

  • Work with strategic technology partners and marketing leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Champion messaging to enhance Insight position within the market/channel segments as well as with customers, partners, BUs and field
  • Lead the project management of multiple programs simultaneously
  • Communicate internally and with partners on progress of initiatives, status, etc.
  • Drive and measure marketing programs, including campaigns (offline and digital), tradeshows, events, and enablement
  • Provide oversight and best practices around campaign content development and review.
  • Develop and measure marketing program KPIs, assess campaign ROI and complete post-program reviews
  • Develop and secure budgets for marketing programs and track, manage, and monitor campaign and activity budgets
  • Work cross functionally with multiple organizations and stakeholders
  • Initiate discussion and interaction with 3rd party vendors and effectively develop and manage these partnerships
  • Complete projects on time and within budget
  • Work with partner accounting to ensure budgets utilized and maximized within policy and timelines, including project requests and reimbursement activities

What you bring to Insight:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • Minimum of five years of marketing experience, experience in B2B technology or channel marketing preferred
  • History working with knowledge of IT hardware, software and services industry desired
  • Strong marketing background with responsibilities for multiple, broad-based marketing initiatives, including offline marketing and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on measuring and meeting KPIs and partnering with internal and external teams to develop and meet revenue goals (revenue-marketing)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including writing for digital communications, with the ability to actively seek information and ask questions to learn as needed about technologies and solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly pivot projects and priorities as needed
  • Time-management skills – ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with desktop publishing, marketing automation, and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel as travel restrictions ease
