 As a Manager of Services, you can expect to:

 

  • Multitask. Lead delivery, development and implementation of technology solutions for clients.  Be an influential innovator with industry presence and deep experience in our Cloud and Datacenter Transformation space helping to lead a project delivery team. Leading the team includes the following items:   architecture of new projects, capabilities/offerings, ways to organize the line of businesses and partnership development, forecasting revenue and gross profit of projects under your responsibility, staffing projects with the team and staffing manager, deal reviews of projects, scoping projects and pricing projects including help structure and writing scopes of work.  Also, duties include but not limited to:
    • Meeting with clients

      • Teammates one on ones (bi weekly and or monthly)

      • Culture and Performance Committees

    • Creating Presentations for teammates, customers and leadership
      • Proficient with Microsoft Word

      • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook

 

    • Participate in Leadership Activities
      • Training
      • Initiatives
      • Assignments

 

  • Take ownership. You will help build and grow our Professional Services business, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also manage risk, communication plans, change management, financial performance.

 

  • Be a leader. Motivate your team (of about 20) to find successful solutions. You will be providing guidance to your team for successful client engagement and delivery.  In addition, growing market share through strategic efforts on an industry level. 
     
  • Be challenged. Be a persuasive SME/Win Strategist with deep knowledge and sales enablement qualities within Cloud and Datacenter services. You’ll lead the pursuit of large deals in a consultative way that can develop a very compelling win strategy to qualified deals.
     

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Proven experience leading and developing the strategy to gain market share of Professional  Services
  • Lead the development and enhancement of processes associated with Services SOWs, including collaboration with Sales leadership, Service Operations and leadership, Legal, IT and Finance.
  • Lead by example
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team and is responsible for employee maintenance (forecasting, operational efficiencies, reviews, etc.)
  • Manage the assigned financial aspect of the team, which may include subset ownership of the assigned P&L as well as associated budget.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership to teammates and represents oneself as a positive stakeholder in all situations. 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 4-year college degree preferably in business and or information technology.
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Technical networking certifications a plus
  • 10+ years in a leadership and or technical leadership role in information technology.
