Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?

As a Cloud Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be delivering solutions against pre-agreed specifications as well as contributing to solution knowledge and sharing this knowledge both locally and Asia Pacific wide.

What technical and consultative capabilities will you need to succeed in this role?

• Identity and Access Management in Entra, Entra Domain Services, Entra Connect, SAML, OpenID Connect/OAuth, Azure AD App Proxy, SCIM.
• Microsoft traditional technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Group Policy.
• M365 migration and consolidation projects; EOL, SPO, OneDrive, Teams, Teams chats; experience with Power BI and Power App migrations will be highly regarded
• Migration toolsets from vendors such as AvePoint, Quest, and BitTitan
• Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security for Microsoft Windows; Intune, Configuration Manager, Co-Management, Hybrid-join, Autopilot, Conditional Access baseline security policies
• Purview experience will be highly beneficial: Azure Information Protection, Office 365 and Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, Cloud App Security
• Experienced with query and scripting such as PowerShell and Kusto
• Security: Microsoft Defender AV, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for O365 highly regarded
• Relevant Associate MS Certifications in M365, Identity & Security, Azure
• Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of foundational security and networking principals.
• Demonstrated project delivery, autonomy and time management skills
• Comfortable with presenting and communicating technical solutions.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships
