Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Sr Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to work with our client's Marketing, Business Development, & Executive Team. This Resident will assist them with the current environment, work with the different business units, clean items up, aid them in how to better utilize the tool, create reports, input new data, resolve data issues, & be their go to resource onsite.

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040 (on-site M-F)

Position Summary:

The Microsoft Dynamics Specialist will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics systems for the organization. The specialist will work with Marketing, Business Development, and the Executive Team to assess the current environment, extract necessary data, and manage the system. The specialist will also be responsible for fine-tuning the solution, making it more efficient, providing advice on improvements, and building relationships with team members. The ideal candidate will be in-house and local to assist with the transition, assess the environment, provide training, and make the solution more effective.

Responsibilities:

- Assess current Dynamics environment and identify areas for improvement

- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Business Development, and Executive Team to understand business processes and gather requirements

- Configure and customize Dynamics to meet organizational requirements

- Fine-tune the solution, make it more efficient, and provide advice on improvements

- Build relationships with internal team members to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing

- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business intelligence requirements

- Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics systems

- Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics systems

- Manage system issues and escalate them appropriately

- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for optimal performance

-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing, configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics systems

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AX or NAV

- In-depth knowledge of web technologies, .NET and SQL

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Certifications:

- Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional (Preferred)

- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) (Preferred)
