18 month contract

Responsibilities:

 

  • The Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) Customer Engineer will be responsible for working with customers to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) solutions, developing and implementing customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, and providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on Microsoft Entra ID External Identities, Microsoft Entra Connect, and other related technologies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) customer engineering, deep knowledge (300-400 level) in Microsoft Entra ID External Identities, including Microsoft Entra Business to Consumer (B2C), Microsoft Entra Business to Business (B2B), Cross-Tenant Access Settings, and Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization, and experience with customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Connect, knowledge of identity infrastructure and security, and experience with Microsoft Entra for Customers would be a plus.
  • Work with customers to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) solutions
  • Develop and implement customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft Entra ID solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on Microsoft Entra ID External Identities, Microsoft Entra Connect, and other related technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Entra ID and CIAM
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Entra ID solutions

 

What you will need to succeed:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) customer engineering
  • Deep knowledge (300-400 level) in Microsoft Entra ID External Identities, including Microsoft Entra Business to Consumer (B2C), Microsoft Entra Business to Business (B2B), Cross-Tenant Access Settings, and Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization
  • Experience with customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Connect
  • Knowledge of identity infrastructure and security
