The EMEA Services Delivery function is responsible for delivering professional and managed services to our clients across a full range of technology and software offerings, delivering a scaled, consistent client experience and methodology through four centres of excellence (COE). The Service Design & Delivery team take the lead on designing client solutions in partnership with our clients before planning and executing the end-to-end engagement. The Engineering team provide innovative migration and implementation activities both automated and scripted, to achieve maximum efficiency, consistency, and performance. The Customer Operations team provide high-quality customer support across the region from multiple delivery centres. The Licence Consulting team provide expertise in optimisation and compliance services to clients on-premise or in the cloud, maintaining cost efficiency and savings. Complementing our COE’s are the Service Delivery Management team. Located in every country, they manage the client experience to ensure a truly client-centric approach across EMEA.

 

The Executive LCS Consultant resides within the Licence Consulting Services area of the EMEA Services function. The Executive LCS Consultant is responsible for providing consultancy support to key clients who are looking for best in class LCS solutions that will deliver tangible benefits. The Executive LCS Consultant is recognised by colleagues, vendors, and clients as a strategic technology leader.

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
 
  • Develop, build, and maintain strategic relationship with key and prospective clients, introducing them to multiple vendors.
  • Accountable for establishing the scope of the client’s requirements, providing in depth licensing and contract negotiation advice, and integrating Insight solutions with existing systems to the highest standard.
  • Drive the evolution of the consultancy practice as a subject matter expert.
  • Act as a strategic technology leader, widely recognised by colleagues, vendors, and clients through pro-active promotion of the LCS practice.

 

  • Own, build and grow relationships with cross functional stakeholders, with close collaboration of local Account teams and Solutions Sales Managers, building an understanding of sales requirements, and driving the delivery of solutions.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor LCS Consultants and act as a leadership f igure for the practice, to grow LCS and improve the portfolio of key clients.
  • Attend and present at external events, acting as an LCS subject matter expert and representing Insight in the market.
  • Engage extensively with Marketing to promote campaigns both internally and externally.
  • Engage and collaborate with other service practices to grow and develop teammates’ knowledge of LCS to provide a complete and holistic service to Insight’s clients.
  • Accountable for developing and owning the pipeline strategy for the LCS practice.
