Senior System Administrator - Managed Services

Are you a quick study who loves technology and understands how things work under the hood, with a passion for automating menial tasks? We might be looking for YOU! We are a small yet mighty team, so we need someone with a wide breadth of skill in various technologies - IT generalists who don't want to fit into a technology silo will fit in well! Cloud first is our motto, but we still have customers on-prem - so we need a bit of both. You will work to build out and support internal infrastructure, understand customer environments, and help drive operations efficiency through automation.


You will need to talk to customers, so customer service skills are key (may have come from a stint on a service desk) and consulting experience are big differentiators. We base our offerings and processes around the ITIL framework, so understanding it and being ITIL-certified are great ways to stand out! Our operations teams support Windows, Linux, various networking stacks, and storage, so experience with a plethora of technologies will help you, help them!
