About the role
The GTM Solutions Lead translates Insight Canada’s solution strategies into actionable go-to-market (GTM) plans, plays, and programs that drive measurable pipeline, Services GP, and ACR growth. This role ensures offers and priorities across Modern Workplace, Modern Infrastructure, Data & AI, Modern Apps, and Security are packaged, positioned, and fully enabled for field execution.
The GTM Solutions Lead partners across Solution Lines, Partner Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to provide clarity, alignment, and execution discipline. The role contributes directly to Insight Canada’s unified GTM operating model by ensuring that strategy, execution, and measurement are tightly connected and easy for the field to follow.
As a GTM Solutions Lead you will:
- Translate solution-line strategies into clear, actionable GTM plans tailored to the Canadian market.
- Support portfolio planning and offer readiness across all core solution areas.
- Package plays with field-ready messaging, value propositions, use cases, and competitive positioning.
- Ensure all assets and offers align with Insight’s Canada-first GTM operating model.
- Build and operationalize Canada-specific GTM plays based on client demand, buying signals, partner priorities, and market insights.
- Localize North America/global GTM plays to ensure relevance and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Solution Lines, Partner Alliances, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution and remove barriers.
- Maintain alignment on priorities, KPIs, and expected outcomes across all GTM stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, Product/Portfolio Marketing, Sales Enablement, Solution Sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud, AI, and modern IT solution areas.
- Demonstrated experience developing and launching GTM programs, offers, or solution-based campaigns.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, repeatable execution.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Data-driven approach with comfort owning KPIs and performance outcomes.
